Judging from what happen recently since the top leaders increase our population to 5 million, I question whether the various ministries have co-ordinated and are prepared to the recent flooding partially due to the over-development in Orchard area.
2. The rapid population has also account for the public transport and road traffic congestion. High COE, more ERPs, more human squeeze at MRTs, buses, etc!
3. Property price surge. Good times do not last, bad times will surely come. I question when will the be 3rd wave of property price surge will come after the 2nd wave of rapid population increment?
